1. Our Services
Healthson provides home health care services including nursing care, attendant/caregiver support, post-operative care, ICU setup at home, elderly care and physiotherapy in Gurugram and Delhi NCR. Service availability is subject to caregiver availability and the patient's location and condition.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
Submitting a booking request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A care coordinator will contact you to confirm details, suitability and pricing. A booking is confirmed only after we communicate confirmation to you.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Our services support, but do not replace, the advice of your treating doctor or hospital. In a medical emergency, call your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately. Information on this website is for general guidance only and is not medical advice.
4. Pricing & Payment
Charges are communicated and agreed before service begins and may vary based on the type, duration and intensity of care required. Payment terms will be shared at the time of confirmation.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, please inform us as early as possible so we can reassign our caregivers. Cancellation terms will be explained at the time of booking.
6. Patient & Family Responsibilities

- Maintain a safe environment for our caregivers in your home.
- Treat our staff with respect and dignity.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable care to provide safe, professional services, Healthson shall not be liable for outcomes beyond our reasonable control, including those arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.
